I was born in Ukraine and moved to the US as a child. During my teenage years, you could find me in the New Age section of Barnes & Noble listening to Euro House music. Fast forward a few years, I received a college degree, entered the world of marketing, and didn’t blink for a decade. I loved the structure and normalcy, but craved an outlet for creativity and spirituality. Enter: Reiki training and crystal collecting.

A few years ago, my entrepreneurial spirit woke up and inspired me to turn my love for Reiki, crystals and candles into a business. But something was missing. I recognized a desire to share my wisdom with others. This knowing led me to become a certified life coach.

Today, I blend my knowledge as a marketing professional with my intuition as an energy worker. So yes, I talk about woo woo stuff, but I’m also a type A realist. More importantly, I’m passionate about helping others expand personally, professionally and energetically.

When I’m not in my home office, I’m chasing my daughter around (while waiting for baby #2 to arrive), walking my two pups, traveling with family or popping champagne with friends.
